Privacy Notice

The short version. The Name you submit is published on a public web page on purpose — treat it as permanently public. Your email address comes to us from Stripe for receipts and support and is never displayed. We never see your card details, and we do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
Who is responsible
What About AI, at the address in the Contact section below, operates worldsbestgirl.com and is responsible for the information described here.
What we collect
- The Name you submit. Published publicly on the Site, included in automatically generated share images and in historical listings. This is the point of the product.
- Purchase details. The amount paid, the time of payment, the currency, and identifiers returned by Stripe (a checkout session ID and a payment identifier).
- Your email address, as supplied to Stripe at checkout and passed to us. Used only for receipts, support, and notices about your purchase. It is never displayed on the Site and we do not send marketing email.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, kept to rate-limit abuse and to stop the price being manipulated by fake checkout sessions. The original address is not stored by the application.
- Ordinary web server logs (request time, path, status, user agent, IP), retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not collect
- Card numbers, CVC codes, or bank credentials — these go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
- Advertising identifiers, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics profiles.
- Accounts or passwords. The Site has no login.
Cookies
The Site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages, which are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
Why we may use it, and on what basis
To deliver what you purchased (performance of a contract), to take payment and keep records (contract and legal obligation), and to keep the Site secure and free of abuse (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing.
- Our hosting provider — DigitalOcean, LLC, where the Site runs.
- Email delivery — a transactional email provider, used only to notify the operator of a new purchase.
- Legal recipients — where required by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How long we keep it
Published Names and purchase records are retained indefinitely as part of the Site’s permanent history and for accounting and tax purposes. Email addresses are retained as long as needed for support and record-keeping. Server logs are retained for a short period. IP hashes are retained only as long as useful for abuse prevention.
Your choices
You may ask us to remove a published Name by writing to legal@whataboutai.com. We will consider every request and will act on requests involving harassment, impersonation, or a person named without consent. Removal does not come with a refund, and it cannot reach copies, caches, screenshots, or archives held by search engines, social platforms, or other people.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Write to legal@whataboutai.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. You may also have a right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, and access to the server is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
The Site and its service providers are located in the United States. Using the Site involves transferring your information to the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes
We may update this notice by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
