Who is responsible

What About AI, at the address in the Contact section below, runs worldsbestgirl.com and is responsible for the information described here.

What we collect

• The name you submit. Published publicly, included in automatically generated share images and in historical listings. That is the product.
• Your own name, if you choose to give it. This field is optional. If you fill it in, it is published publicly under the displayed name as “Crowned by ...”. Leave it blank and nobody sees who paid.
• Purchase details. The amount, the time, the currency, and the identifiers Stripe gives us for the checkout and the payment.
• Your email address, as given to Stripe at checkout and passed to us. Used only for receipts, support, and notices about your purchase. Never shown on the Site. We do not send marketing email.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, kept to limit abuse and stop the price being manipulated by fake checkouts. The application does not store the address itself.
• Ordinary web server logs (time, path, status, browser, IP), kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not collect

• Card numbers, security codes, or bank details. Those go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Advertising identifiers, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics profiles.
• Accounts or passwords. The Site has no login.

Cookies

The Site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages, which its privacy policy covers.

Why we use it

To give you what you bought (performing our contract with you), to take payment and keep records (contract and legal duty), and to keep the Site secure and free of abuse (our legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

• Stripe, Inc. for payment processing.
• DigitalOcean, LLC, where the Site is hosted.
• An email delivery provider, used only to tell the operator about a new purchase.
• Anyone the law requires, or where needed to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it

Published names and purchase records are kept indefinitely as part of the Site’s permanent history and for accounting and tax records. Email addresses are kept as long as needed for support and record-keeping. Server logs are kept briefly. IP hashes are kept only as long as they are useful against abuse.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove a published name by writing to legal@whataboutai.com. We consider every request and we act on requests that involve harassment, impersonation, or someone named without their consent. Removal does not come with a refund, and it cannot reach copies, caches, screenshots, or archives held by search engines, social platforms, or other people.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to see, correct, delete, or move your personal information, or to object to some uses of it. Write to legal@whataboutai.com and we will respond as the law requires. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The Site is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has submitted information, tell us and we will delete it.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, Stripe handles all payment data, and access to the server is restricted. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Where your information goes

The Site and its providers are in the United States. Using the Site means your information is transferred there, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes

We can update this notice by posting a new version with a new effective date.
